Segment Intending
This exercise is for times when you have a clear vision about where you want to go, but are unclear about the immediate steps you will need to take. You go within using the inner guide map and get an obstacle regarding clarity of focus.
You recognize the potential of something not going quite right and want to get it back on track.
Pick a time segment and define what you want out of that segment. Then say...
“This is what I want from this period of my life experience. I want it and I expect it.”
Example
I want to be very productive and finish up the exercises chapter in this book.
“This is what I want from this afternoon in my life experience. I want it and expect it.”
Writing requires a combination of focus and creativity and this was a great exercise to get me back on track.
As it turned out, I was able to finish up this chapter.
