We are both shining with presence and expectation. We enjoy the moment and eagerly look forward to
the journey. I feel free for the first time in a long time.
As we move on and check into our cabin, we hear birds outside in the woods. The air is clear and the weather is perfect.
After imaging this, I wrote for some time about the joys of life and our future.
Guided Audio Meditations
The following meditations are in audio form. The best way to listen to them is to find a chair where you can sit upright in a relaxed position and plug in a headset to your device. I lie down, but most experts recommend an upright position.
Once you are in that position, simply click on the play button, close your eyes and follow the direction.
Chakra Meditation
For those unfamiliar with the chakra system, there are seven energy centers in the human body. This meditation uses sound and colors to get you to focus on those centers.
It is good for relaxing and grounding while seeing a larger vision of the energy that is available to you.
