For two decades, he was an international speaker presenting in Asian, Europe and North America.
He has been involved in numerous start-ups, some successful, some not so successful.
Entrepreneurial Failure
His last major start-up was as CEO of Ciralight, a Utah company that designed and installed “active daylighting,” a skylight where mirrors track the sun from sun up to sun set. This product eliminates the need for electric lighting during the day for retail and industrial buildings.
Internal conflict at that company led him to write this book.
His intuition had told him about issues that led to his dismissal as CEO of the company that he and three others founded. He had ignored his intuition.
