The trigger for my shadow is when I feel a lack of respect from another. It is very rarely real in terms of their intent, but when I feel it, my shadow, Prick (yes another personality), comes out raging with the result being a disconnect with the other person.
Sometimes this disconnect destroys the relationship altogether. Most importantly, until one integrates these elements, intuition will be distant.
1 is 1st person (I). Feel my anger. Feel the hurt that may have sparked the anger. Experience it as fully as possible.
I have known for some time now that you cannot see in another what is not in you. And the more energy it has for you, the more it is repressed in you to the point that you absolutely deny it.
For the most part, I tended to ignore my feelings or twist them into something positive. Feelings are often great ways to connect with your intuition. It doesn’t matter whether positive or negative, feelings have a message for you.
My process to bring feelings back into my life is TIFILI, pronounced tifally.
TI: Tag It. Realize that there all feelings are worth bringing into consciousness. When something occurs, acknowledge the feeling. Tag It.
