FI: Feel It. Experience it as deeply as possible. Until you experience it, you won’t be open to the message as it applies to happiness. Sometimes crying helps.
LI: Love it. See that it has a message for you. If it is negative, ask yourself: What is the message? If it’s positive, what is the message? Feel its value.
As you process your emotions each day, you will begin to experience a sense of PEACE and hopefully pull back and own the various emotions you have left behind.
And without a certain sense of peace, happiness will not result.
Just as connectedness plays a role in spiritual growth, it is essential to relationships. However, this type of connection is limited primarily to people and their emotions. We must be aware of what we are feeling to truly connect with another.
Based on my research, I have concluded that following one’s intuition is often about becoming more connected, and that requires intimacy. As I become more aware of my feelings, I realize that I fear intimacy. It may mean people really knowing who I am – my faults, my secrets. I am vulnerable.
