The business world is powered by teamwork and collaboration. It is essential for employees at all levels
to work in partnership in order to maintain the competitiveness of their organization, and even help it
thrive. Regardless of your specific work environment, whether remote, WFH, hybrid, in-office,
collaborative workspace, or traditional cubicle, it is important to be attentive, aware, attuned to the needs
of your leader, and connected to the organization’s objectives.
