core competencies have bulleted examples noting how a Task Doer and a
Cognitive/Strategic assistant might handle the topic area in their day-to-day work.
Under the direction of your facilitator, list 2-3 examples for a Task Doer and a Cognitive
assistant for the other core competencies. (A few have suggested responses but feel
free to develop your own!)
