Consumer  initiatives:  As  we  become  increasingly  involved  with  others  who  have

                   traversed similar journeys our stories start to change and gather communally. Together
                   we can forge stories of success rather than stories of failure, moving towards new ideas

                   rather than away from old shame.

                   Leaving services behind: It is amazing how often our stories cling (often longer than is

                   necessary) to therapeutic interventions in our lives. Moving on from this can be hard but
                   the new stories that emerge can transform us and even create totally new beginnings.
