Actions Follow these steps for someone who is having breathing problems:

1 Make sure t he scene is safe.
2 Ask the person if she has medicine. If she needs her medicine but is
too sick to get it herself, get it for her.
3 Ask the person if you have the right medicine.
4 Assemble and use the inhaler.
