Purpose
To develop the youth of tomorrow’s “Job Seekers” to enhance their
knowledge, awareness and skills to take up employment in corporates
and state sector organizations across multiple industries. Accordingly, it
is necessary to develop and position employable youth into a competent
“Talent Pool” in the Sri Lankan “Job Market”.

Course Objectives
1. Future proofing young talent to make up a potential “Talent Pool” for the
market.
2. To enrich the Sri Lankan “Job Market” to help bridging the gap created
by the exodus of best talent from Sri Lanka arising from mass scale “Skill
Migration”.
3. To enable youth to secure gainful employment.
4. To resuscitate the Sri Lankan domestic market and the economy.
5. To upgrade the socio-economic culture in Sri Lanka for sustainable
development
