Learning Outcomes
On completion of this course, the students will,
• Develop competencies which they must possess to gain employment.
• Evaluate and understand the practical aspects of content learned.
• Analyze the importance of demonstrating strong competencies, oral
and written communication, and the potential way process to take up
suitable employment.
• Demonstrate practically the ability to perform and a job interview/ or
written tests successfully during the recruitment and selection process.

Methodology
Aligning students with the concept of the course and its knowledge
dimensions as a broad process of continuous nurturing and
development of the youth who will participate in this study
programme intended for the youth of the country.
