                   Pathology:

                      1.  Uterus: Endometritis either localized or diffuse.

                      2.  Infected laceration: Edematous and red causing discomfort with mild

                      fever.

                      3.  Peritonitis: Either Localized pelvic or generalized peritonitis.

                      4.  Septicemia: Severe Headache, vomiting and rigors, with high fever,

                      which is out of proportion to tachycardia.

                       5. Pelvic thrombophlebitis: Spread of infection to pelvic veins( High

                       fever, rapid pulse and pelvic pain).
