Sutures

Spaces between bones and made of unossified membranes.
They are six in number:

-Frontal suture: between the two frontal bones.
-Sagittal suture: between the two parietal bones.
-Coronal suture: between the frontal and parietal bones.

-Lambdoidal suture: between the two parietal bones and occipital bone.
-Two temporal sutures: each between the parietal and temporal bone.
