Worked Example 4.1:
In an interesting collection of data with a sample from a population
obtained (after the data are sorted) as follows :

If we know that the data is from a normally distributed population with
variance is 2 and wanted to know whether the population still has a mean value
of 10, then we will perform the following hypothesis test, if let's say you want to
use significance level = 0.05.
