How sports teams have helped eachother out with teamwork and cooperation.

Soccer
Edgewood’s soccer has just begun the season, and they are off to a great start. The girls JV team has won all of their games so far, and the girls Varsity team has been competing impressively so far, with a 9-0 win against Space Coast.
The boys varsity and JV teams are working hard and it is paying off. The boys JV team brought in a win of 2-1 against Heritage.
“I’ve learned that we are a strong team and we are ready for anything,” said JV Boys Soccer Player Even Sequeira, 8. All of the boys on the JV soccer team get along well and
they all know how to work hard and execute their games. The boys worked very hard with the assistance of their coach, Eddie Al-Shihabi, which have paid off in their games this year. The boys had 2 great wins against Heritage (2-1)
and Eau Gallie (4-0).
The Boys Varsity Soccer Team, also coached by Eddie Al
Shihabi, is doing fantastic as well. They have had 3 amazing wins against Eau Gallie (4-2), Cocoa (3-1), and Astronaut (9-1). No matter what they are always working hard to prove that they can take on all of their matches.
The Girls JV Soccer Team has won all of the games it has played so far. These girls are always working hard and it pays off with all of their wins. All of the girls get along very well and are always helping each other out when they struggle.
With the exception of one challenging Viera game, the Girls Varsity team has also won all of their games.
“When I had difficulties I had to tell myself not to give up and keep working,” smiled Caitlin Albergo, 9.
The Girls on both V and JV have had a great season so far. A great victory for the Girls JV game was when they played Viera, and won the game with a score of 1-0.
The Girls Varsity team currently has a remarkable game record. The Girls Team continues to show great stuff on the field.
Both of our teams are doing fantastic this year and they have both been working so hard this year! they are always working everyday as a team to get better and better.
