Career Academy
Career Academies are small personalized learning communities within a high school that select a subset of students and teachers for a 3-4 year span. Academies draw on the students’ interest in learning about some feature of the world of work and integrate career-specific curriculum and instruction into core academic curriculum. Career Academies require a commitment to the program, or the student must return to their zoned school of attendance.
