Try the Well Care Center this Summer
Beginning May 25 and running through August 9, if you and/or your family members who are also enrolled in the BPS health plan, visit one of our three new Well-Care Centers and complete either or both of the wellness activities listed below, your name(s) will be entered in a drawing that will award ten $250 Visa gift cards per Well-Care Center. Thirty gift cards will be given away in total.
• An annual physical, including school physicals for students
• A comprehensive health review
Each activity completed by each covered family member will result in that person’s name being entered into the drawing. Remember all services and treatment rendered at our Well-Care Centers are at no cost to you.
Employees who meet with Joni Whelan, our on-site Cigna health coach at ESF, for a minimum of three sessions and complete a mutually agreed upon goal, will receive a $25 Visa gift card and have their name entered in the drawing for the $250 Visa gift card. This sounds like a win-win.
