2. Really want to add a profile picture (we would
love to have a face to go with the name), but
all of your pics are on your phone? With the
improved navigation you can easily make
profile updates or upload a picture from your
mobile device.
3. Any messaging in the header will display, so
instead of a cut off image that might or might
not be viewable by scrolling left/right, messag-
ing reformats to fit your display.
4. View the current site on your mobile phone,
and you will only see some of the most recent
posts or replies. After the update, you’ll be
able to scroll through all the posts in order of
most recently posted or replied to from the
top down to the oldest without having to navi-
gate anywhere else.
5. Don’t want to scroll to get to the posts? With
the new format you’ll be able to “jump to
latest content.”

As we move into the new year, we are looking at
other ways to make accessing and staying involved in
the LHAT-CHAT Network easier and more modern. We
hope you are as excited as we are about this simple,
yet HUGE improvement to the LHAT-CHAT Network.
We believe this new format will take your use of the
largest online community of its kind to the next level!

Also in the new year, LHAT will be transitioning to
a new association management system that will
provide a much more user-friendly experience
for members who renew their memberships and
register for conferences online. The new system
will provide easier installment billing and recurring
payment options for dues and donations and
more types of invoices will be able to be paid
securely online. Previous issues with password
reminders and “login loops” caused by corrupted
cookies will also be resolved.

When we switch to the new system, all mem-
bers will have to log in for the first time to use the
LHAT-CHAT and/or access other members-only
online resources. We’ll let you know when that
time comes and what you will need to do. There
won’t be many changes on the user side, but we
believe the improvements will benefit everyone!
