Step 7 Unroll one of the pie crusts on the countertop (put the other pie crust in the freezer
for another time). Use a knife to cut the circle into 4 wedges
Step 8 Put the Wedges onto the baking sheet. Measure out ½ cup of the pineapple mixture
onto each wedge of dough.
Step 9 Fold the bottom corner of a wedge to the middle of the fruit. Fold both side corners to
the center and press them together so they stick. Do this with all the pies.
Step 10 Bake the pies for 30 minutes. They will be light brown and a little bubbly when they
are done. Let the pies cool for at least 30 minutes.
Do not forget to wear oven mitts and set your timer!
