Step 5 Add the eggs to the creamed mixture and use your electric mixer or wooden spoon to
beat until fluffy
“To beat means to rapidly stir a batter to thoroughly incorporate the ingredients along with air”

Step 6 Add the baking soda, salt, baking powder, vanilla, and flour to the creamed mixture.
Using the wooden spoon or electric mixer mix well.

Step 7 Fold in the sprinkles

“Folding is a term used to describe the process of combining ingredients together gently
without stirring, beating or otherwise agitating the mixture”.

Step 8 Use the cookie scoop or spoon to put the batter on the greased cookie sheet.
Try and make each scoop the same size.
This will ensure that the cookies bake at the same time.

Make sure to leave space between each cookie so that they do not stick together.

Step 9 Put 4‐5 M&M’s on top of each cookie
