It is not often that you come across a woman who has made it big in the world of
industrial manufacturing. Meet Mrs. Shruti Gokhale, an illustrious entrepreneur
who helped build a powerful legacy in UAE. Hailing from Pune, she joined Greaves
Cotton, Pune with a Graduation in Cost Accountancy & simultaneously pursued
her Masters in Commerce.

In the early 80’s she travelled to Oman with her husband & joined Late Shree
U M Kini’s Company, Civil Contracting Co (Civilco) LLC, Oman as the Financial
Controller, streamlined operations & headed her first Industrial Manufacturing
Venture. She was soon deputed to London, scouted for properties, arranged
loans & set up a property company for Mr. Kini. In 1987 she moved to UAE &
started her journey as an entrepreneur with her mentor Mr. U M Kini & set up
Link Middle East with just 15 employees.

Today the group has a big manufacturing base at Ras Al Khaimah & also owns
Centaur Electro-Mechanical Contracting Company. The Group employs over
2000 people & today, is in the top in their respective areas of operations. The
Company provides excellent opportunities to deserving candidates from India
& all over.

Shruti now heads the Group as the Managing Director and, the Group is jointly
being managed by her & the executive director Mr. Vidyuth Kini(Late U M Kini’s
Son).

Mr. UM Kini & Shruti’s aspiration has always been to cater to world demand
for their products, services & be recognized as a good company. Shruti proudly
says “Our products have been exported to over 75 countries around the world &
