utilising the available resources in a more efficient and

The project would challenge perceptions of central Barrow Council
encouraging people to live and work there. It would
diversify the Borough’s housing offer and will provide new
employment and leisure opportunities whilst transforming
a brownfield site within one of the most deprived wards in
Cumbria.
