6.5.3 Inventories and Annual Surveys

If the school receives any donation in a certain amount, it should be mentioned
in the receipt book Separate product receipt books for each section are available

in the office where details such as where the product was received, to whom it
was given, etc. should be entered.

Consolidation of the goods is done by the zonal office; some officials of the zonal
office come and take details about the goods removed by the school and conduct

an auction of the goods. This takes three to four days and then the money for the
auctioned goods is given to the zonal office where the zonal office issues a
receipt for the same.

6.5.4 Uniforms and Textbooks

Textbooks are bought for the school from the Divisional Office that are
distributed by the Ministry of Education. Later, the principal distributed the
schoolbooks and uniforms to the students.

6.6 New Admissions

6.6.1 Grade 01 and to the other grade

Applications are open for admission in the first year. The interview is conducted

by the staff. Admission of students to other grades is conducted based on
vacancies.
