06. Sustainable Denim Washing – Dry Process
In the conventional denim dry washing process, most washing chemi-
cals are harmful to human health and the safety of workers. The micro-
particles produced when the chemical is sprayed from the spray-gun are
absorbed into workers’ lungs, causing lung disease. Workers should be
protected from hazardous chemicals and dangerous environments.
In consideration of the safety of workers exposed to these hazardous en-
vironments and reducing the environmental effect without chemicals or
water usage, TCE introduced a Laser washing machine from Jeanologia
and Robot arm PP spray from VAV technology.
