and Development Center

Introduction
The Center of System Measurement Technology (CSM) is a college-based department with faculty members in
interdisciplinary fields. It integrates faculties with various professional fields for research and development in
analysis, design, test, performance measurement, and applications in Communication Systems, Multimedia
Information, Photoelectric Systems, and Integrated Circuits and engages in developing relevant database The Center
also combines faculty resources from College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, College of
Engineering and the universities in southern Taiwan for professional training courses, creating the impetus for high-
tech professional training and promoting the certified professional courses. The Center executes many industry-
academic cooperation projects and key features projects annually.
