Membership Classes and Charges

FULL EQUITY GOLF MEMBERSHIP

Family Membership (Includes children age 22 & under)
Initiation Fee: $4,500
Monthly Dues: $417 (Increasing to $440 effective March 31)
Monthly Capital Improvement Fee: $65
$160 Food & Beverage Minimum per Quarter (Includes alcohol)
Includes membership to Private Club Network - Access to over 200 private golf clubs
in the US at cart rate or reduced rate

JUNIOR GOLF MEMBERSHIP

Primary Member age 35 & under
Family Membership (Includes children age 22 & under)
Initiation Fee: $4,500
Monthly Dues: $333 (Increasing to $352 effective March 31)
Monthly Capital Improvement Fee: $65
$160 Food & Beverage Minimum per Quarter (Includes alcohol)
Includes membership to Private Club Network - Access to over 200 private golf clubs
in the US at cart rate or reduced rate

CORPORATE GOLF MEMBERSHIP

Primary and Designee members must be actively engaged in the business as an
officer or employee
Initiation Fee: Primary Member - $6,750 Designee (Up to 5) - $2,250
Primary and Designees are subject to all dues, minimums, assessments and other
charges applicable to Full Members.
Monthly Dues: Primary Member - $417 April- $440) Desingee - inquire
Monthly Capital Improvement Fee (Primary & Designee): $65

Annual Cart Pass: $750 (Single Rider) * $850 (Family)
GHIN Handicap: $40/person Annual

Perry Park Country Club is a private, 501(c)7 golf and social club. Application for all memberships must be made in writing and
receive approval of the club's Membership Committee and Board of Directors.
