2018 Dining and Deck

Renovation

Pictured is the new casual dining space
designed to accommodate small groups

or larger gatherings. Featured are
lounge areas

(in the foreground), four seat tables that
are easily grouped for larger parties, two

person hi-tops and an eight seat
community table near the bar in the
background. The newly designed,

comfortable and inviting bar is
accessible from inside and out and
promises to add new energy to the

dining scene.

Viewing the Manor House from Lake
Wauconda, this view shows the

expansion of the west deck toward the
lake. A new roof, designed to

complement the look of the Manor
House, will cover the expanded

deck. The area outside the current
grille door is also covered with a new
roof. The new space will expand our
west deck outdoor seating total to over

70 seats. These new features will
assure a space that is shielded from
sun during the hot portions of the day and this very pleasurable area with new, casual outdoor dining

furniture will add to the enjoyment of lunch, dinner or cocktails and the special views across the lake.
The patio area shown is planned for a future phase of our capital improvement program and will expand

the opportunities for more outdoor-style entertainment.
