Ominous weather over St George’s Hill GC and the small- screen lure of the key World Cup encounter between England and Argentina were a couple of intriguing extra elements on Fujifilm’s Open Golf Day in June.
So congratulations to those single- minded players who kept their eye firmly on the small ball in both the Greensomes Stableford and Individual Stableford competitions.
