Would you please confirm or deny that you were advised of the actual cost of these alleged "unauthorised
and unscheduled refurbishment work at Mitre House” in subsequent correspondence from March last year, namely £31,756.21, funded with no further request from Lessees from common sense savings made from the initially agreed budget of £105,019 including vat and fees as stated in the 22 June 2014 s.20 Notice - all as well explained in various correspondence during 2014 with lessees including your goodself.
As regards: "how much of their money you transferred to yourself” I can confirm that none of “their” money, nor your money, nor indeed mine or my fellow Director’s money was transferred to me. My
time and costs was paid like always from MHML, again all as well explained in previous correspondence, including that of my £10 per day stipend for 24/7 on site attendance.
I think it now well established that the additional works as briefly, but not completely, listed above were costed by contractors you entertained for £60,000 odd so the £31,756.21 that was eventually spent for the roughly same workings, if not more, was pretty good value, don’t you agree?
As such, I now consider your "one unalterable fact – that you persistently refuse to tell
the lessees how much of their money you transferred to yourself for the
unauthorised and unscheduled refurbishment work at Mitre House?” to be, yet again, fully and comprehensively answered and you now desist in further threats and accusations unless of course you consider any statement of fact as outlined above to be untrue.
In which case proceed to court as you will not get a further comment from MHML as previously made clear.
As an aside, and in fact the only reason I am replying to your email, please note the attached pdf notification going out to all Lessees for the attention of themselves if resident or their tenants to whom this notice is most relevant as it is only sub-let flats that cause the concern..
