That's about it - I would very much welcome a
report from anybody like Susanna's email because
it's best to get things sorted, understood and
arranged soon. If we had agents (KFH or Best Gapp
or whoever), believe me, you wouldn't have
anything like the contact, the choices, let alone
the Project Book, but you would get a budget well
in excess of £100,000 by the time they'd
finished.... try it and see is the only way I can
prove that, but many of us have lived through
this multiple times and indeed the £75,000 in
reserves has taken years to accumulate!
... and Michele - thanks for your colours - not
done yet, but will be in Draft 7 - and finally
Susanna - I am now fully conversant with your
allegiance to Lanterns and Chelsea establishments
- so try and advise your other worries, eg the
Lift etc - and I'll respond very promptly I
promise - remember, Rome wasn't built in a day
but London Bridge was....! That's a very funny
