great Michele - wise choice - no worry re tenants set up as all we'll do is attach hers to the new setup with tidy cabling etc - she won't even know save for maybe an hour or two with no signal during the day.
You, me, Flats 2, 6 and I think, but don't know yet, Flat 8 (Pemberton and he did say he wanted it but hasn't paid up yet.... on anything save for windows)
Flat 3 Maria I think is OK with it, but no money in yet for it
Flat 4 dragging her feet awaiting what others will do....
Flat 9, the retards, say they don't want it but once you explain it to her, she'll come around Flat 1 - absolutely no reply to anything since July and owe everything including windows.
Same above goes for the water tank business - only flats 2, 6, 7 and 9 have paid.... yes Flat 9 have paid - awaiting comeback from Flats 3, 4, you, and 8 - and flat 1 who I think have done a runner - ie gone!!! I bet they are selling as firstly the owner dropped Mita in Switzerland, then the Agent Ivan Ng took over and very slow to pay usually and since July nothing..... bad news indeed

That’s good news about the satellite, I will get my share of payment for that over to you today – I am assuming that the majority is not required.

I suggest, if you'd be so kind, as to send an email to flats 1, 3, 4, 8 and 9 saying.... if you are agreeable.....
I am paying my share of the communal tv sky etc install and my share of the water tank....
...... and I would strongly suggest, again if you agree, they all pay their £2000 so we can complete all the works instead of leaving out things especially the terraz- zo floor - the whole place will be like a tomb, painted one colour white with a dirty old terrazzo floor...

You're dealing with some very contrary people who have no idea of the consequences - read below - as these are the consequences -
Remember you started all this nonsense and now it's for you to close it.... you cannot cherry-pick your wants and not-wants I'm afraid - it's all or nothing, and nothing means no tenant dish allowed on roof, no terrazzo floor clean, one colour white on walls and the front door looking like a Soho bordello....
Get meseengering before it's too late - I've done my bit and as the saying goes, you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink...!
