If it comes to snip it’s gone, that is destruction of private property.
In any case, the tenant is aware of her mistake, hence why I am trying to resolve the situation and fully prepared to pay share of the communal installation.

We'll see - we're holding all the cards and you're in serious jeopardy re lease obligations - no way will we simply sort the tv on your behalf - we'll make sure you jump through every hoop imagin- able for the tenant dish and then some.
You have my word on that, Michele. You must think we're (me) stupid. You've dug yourself a hole and best start thinking how best to get out. What you do to your tenant as regards her non request to you for permission is your business...
Except she did.... which makes it your business and when we remove it, it's to you she will come for compensation. Not Management.

You are indeed holding all the cards. Especially when it is only my flat who has an individual satellite dish...
The facts will speak for themselves, as when we were last on the roof to inspect the dishes, you pointed out the most enormous dish belonging to Samya. You said you knew nothing about the installation of that, so I find this constant targeting most interesting.
This is my last e-mail on the subject because having started on a positive note, it is as usual falling into a massive argument involving points other than the main and simple one we started with.

SHE APPLIED FOR PERMISSION - as indicated in half a dozen emails to date - any comment I made regarding her dish was that I didn't KNOW WHAT SERVICE IT RECEIVED -

Now back to Mr Begg’s insinuations of Blackmail - namely: ....that if she (Mrs Hillgarth) failed to do so you would, amongst other things, “snip" her tenant's aerial and advise her tenant to withhold her rent. And you did that, as is now apparent, with a view to making a gain for yourself. That is blackmail, and you were unwise enough to do it in writing. The evidence is there on the record for all to see.
