For the avoidance of any misunderstanding, please look back at the previous correspondence regarding the delivery of my keys for the front door of Mitre House.
Back in your e-mail of 9th September 2014, you stated that the keys were going to be delivered on the Thursday i.e. 11th September. You sent a positive reply to my suggestion of me coming by to pick up the keys in your e-mail of 10th September.
When I came to collect them on Friday 13th September at 15.30 you slammed the door in my face and refused to hand over the keys. For the avoidance of any misunderstanding, one cannot hide behind a corner, I was standing in front of your door. (my comment) not true and there is a big corner to hide around being the passage leading to the fire-escape!
Subsequently you wrote that “in the present climate it would not be advisable for us to be in con- tact unless others are present”. You wrote as well that because you have stopped smoking you could not be responsible for your behaviour in my presence.
This is the reason that for my safety I had no other choice but to request a police escort to your flat on Tuesday 30th September to try and collect my keys. (my comment) can you imagine what she must have advised (for that read lies) the Police Station officer was her predicament for them to accompany her to Mitre House - I dread to think? I doubt because “I’m visiting a man who’s given up smoking and has advised me that we should not meet without a third party present? I think it fair to assume my caution in insisting we do NOT meet without a third party present was for my protection and not Mrs Hillgarth’s - had she made an allegation against me of racism, sexual abuse, grievous bodily harm or indeed the threat of any of them, where would I be now attempting to disprove her allegations - don’t you think I’m in enough trouble as it is what with fraud, blackmail, wandering around in my underwear, refusing to pay suppliers, stealing lessee window repair monies, not indicating plus vat and fees meant and included fees from anywhere, including those of our Surveyor, tele- phoning Mr Begg surreptitiously, forging Solicitor’s letters, swearing our poor old cleaner, Bunny, to silence, vote rigging, not responding to requests from lessees demanding infor- mation of the Reserves Utilised since May 2015, the list goes on and on.
I handed over a cheque for £50, cheque number 102475, as requested in your invoice 014/08. You said that you did not have the keys. You tore up the cheque in front of the police officer and said you did not want my money.
You have provided in your e-mail of 29th September a Royal Mail slip stating a delivery was attempted on 27th September. This is for something different clearly, given you stated they were to be delivered on 11th September. You also indicated in your e-mail of 16th September that “keys available for collection on receipt of monies due”.
How else am I to understand all of this without presuming you are lying somewhere? It doesn’t add up, as usual.
When I requested the keys on Tuesday 30th, you told me that I had first had to pay the outstand- ing bills. To this I replied that could we please not mix the issues. Your invoices are for other things which are irrelevant to the keys. (comment) do note that Mrs Hillgarth is refusing to pay certain agreed demands such as the £2000 contribution to fund the works, yet insisting on her being issued with spare keys for her tenant, not her, for her tenant, who is illegally installed without Mrs Hillgarth having gained permission to sub-let and by doing so, by
