Only through the secure channel can both buyers and sellers can assure the transaction. Particularly, the copyrights issue.
PRACOT project administrators and partners are aware of the online risk of copyrights infringement. As the Secretary of the Smithsonian, G. It still is a copy of that artwork, which is entitled to copyrights.” PRACOT’s marketplace artists, who’s selling the artwork through the project website, will be automatically covered by the Thai Copyrights Law. PRACOT will provide an electronic form from the Department of Intellectual Property. Form will be issued along with the work submitted to the buyers. The project will also track the usage of the buyer to enforce the Copyrights Law and rights of the supplying artists.
