THE PROCESS
Taking on the documentation of 235 years of Rattanakosin Art and Culture knowledge is an endless process. What the Project Administrator can do is to set up the starting point, and set up a series of milestone for achievement. They are as follows;

1.De ning the Scope of Work
What does the public want for their arts & cultural on-line consumption? First the PRACOT project must have a clear parameter of the scope of work. It’s not de ne by the project administrator. The scope of work will be de ned by a seminar of the artist in respected eld; drawing, sculpting, and carving. The skilled and reknown artists will be invited by the Ministry of Culture to give their opinion on the art objects. They will decide what should be preserved, when, and how. UNESCO called them “the Core Cultural Expression.” It refers to the skilled and reknown artists, who practice art and culture in their everyday life. This is the key element of the project success, because the artists are de ning the project. The People-Centric, if you will, is the choice of approach for PRACOT project.
Process Output will be a report.
2.De ning the Market
The project will take an additional step to complete the People-Centric Approach. PRACOT project will hold a public hearing for the Other Core Creative Industries, Wider Cultural Industries, and Related Industries. They too are within the sphere of art and cultural in uence. Their activities are vital to the survival of PRACOT project. The more they use the project outputs, the higher degree of expressive value. The project is prompting the Other Core Creative Industries, Wider Cultural Industries, and Re- lated Industries’ engagement from the early stage. They will in turn becomes the suppliers and clients in PRACOT’s Community. Particularly in the Social Media Platform, the creative industry can co-cre- ate art and carry on dialogue, ideas, and debates on the art and culture topic. Through this conduit of ideas can Thai Arts & Culture be genuinely preserved; and above all, evolve.
