donation. For example, the Rajaprasong Square Trade Association (RSTA) propose a working space within its members’ building. Google Art & Culture and Advance Info Service are donating technological assistance and Cloud space for PRACOT. Coke and Toyota Foundation are considering donating cash for the project. They will announce their decision in April 2018. PRACOT is planning for telethon to raise both awareness and funding in June 2018.
3.Website Membership
In the related creative industry, there’re art users, buyers, and patronage. They are PRACOT’s constit- uents that are requisitely and permanently built-in to the project’s development system. Using UNESCO guideline, membership will be recruited from two domains: Cultural and Related Domain. They are illustrated in the pictogram.
Project plans to charge 300 baht (USD $8)/month for individuals, public organization, and non-pro t or- ganizations. For private organization, membership fee will be 3,000 baht (USD $80) a month. Members will receive additional bene t such as, 3D Lai Thai Free Download along with Free Copyrights, Access to Marketplace, and priority order on art work, artists, and copyrights expedition. 4.Commission from Art Works Proceed
Marketplace is designed to help the Thai Classical Artists getting an online access to the market. For instance, a Vietnamese businessman in Cairo wants his Thai Restaurant Menu design. He can use PRA- COT’s artists to do the Menu design. PRACOT’s administrator will facilitate the transactions to ensure both side a fair deal. A three percent commission will be charged for facilitating the transaction. Thus, commission for the Art Works Proceed will be another source of revenue.
5.Fee for Intellectual Property Management
Artists have an option to register his work with the Department of Intellectual Property. So doing will involve paperwork ling to the department, that will be electronically available to them online. They can also choose to let PRACOT project administrator le on their behalf. The website will charge certain percentage for ling the intellectual property for 150 baht (USD $4.50) / le. The fee is another source of revenue.
