W/C 11 May - Create new Quiet room within PDR space & 1 to 1 room
Erect temporary hoarding, Isolate and remove existing lighting and small power. Strip down existing s/ceilings and build new
partitions, form new doorways, once completed remove temporary hoarding. Following the removal of the hoarding M&E and
IT commences including stripping out all plumbing within Medical Room. Install new s/ceilings once area is clear of all trades.
Complete M&E works and IT, install new doors, complete decoration work and lay new flooring once clear.
Furniture move on completion

Monday 11 May
Please Note: Isolate and remove services to allow a temporary door to be formed in General Office/BOH wall – this will allow
access to the General Office throughout the duration of office disruptions

W/C 18 May -New General Office

Erect temporary hoarding, Isolate and remove existing lighting small power and IT services. Strip down existing s/ceilings and
partition wall. Build new partitions and new doorways, once completed remove temp hoarding. M&E and IT will then
commence along with installation of new s/ceilings, complete M&E works and IT, then install new doors. Carryout decoration
work and lay new flooring once clear.
Furniture move on completion

W/C 25 May - New BM Office

Erect temporary hoarding, Isolate and remove existing lighting, small power and IT. Strip down existing s/ceilings and build new
partitions, form new doorways, once completed remove temp hoarding. M&E and IT work will then commence working in
tandem with the installation of new s/ceiling. Complete M&E works and IT then install new doors, complete decoration work
and lay new flooring once area is cleared.

W/C 1 June - BOH storage space
Form temporary Site Compound for Skip Storage utilising sections of heras fence panels from previous external works.
Relocate Fire Alarm Panel and Security Alarm Panels, once all services have been isolated and made safe stripping out s/ceilings
and partitions can begin. All waste materials will be transferred through BOH and via loading bay and placed into the skip
storage area. And finally, remove carpet and latex screed and make good.
Inspect area and once cleared, Install new BOH racking.
