of resources and prevents overlap of events, especially during
peak months. The database can identify conflicts and propose
alternative schedules.
Targeted Marketing and Promotions
Utilize the lower event numbers during December to February as
an opportunity for targeted marketing and promotions to
encourage more events and balance the workload across the
year.
Resource Management for July
Plan for the high demand in July by ensuring the availability of
officiating ministers and other necessary resources. This can
include scheduling additional staff or adjusting existing
schedules to meet the demand.
