SBA Loans
The SBA is an independent agency of the federal government established by Congress to
advise and help the nation’s small business. The SBA publishes regulations that provide
detailed information on the qualifications for loan applicants. You may find more information at
SBA.gov
Financial Projections and Cash Flow
In the final section of your application, you may attach the following components of your
business plan. The Projected P & L, The Projected Cash Flow and The Projected Balance
Sheet. Having a general understanding of where your money comes from and how it is going
to be allocated is really one of the primary reasons for all this documentation. Believe it or not
there was a day you just asked for a big check and figured it all out later. Unfortunately those
days have passed. The chapter on the business plan will have some useful diagrams.
The Two Major Dental Specific Lenders
Dental specific national lenders have teams with a lot of expertise in the dental field. Their
rates are very competitive and their lending limits substantial if you have a work history and a
good credit score. Wells Fargo and Bank of America are the primary players.
