                            procurement should ensure key processes lead-


                            ing to selection and contracting are streamlined



                            to avoid unnecessary delays in identifying a suit-


                            able supplier and as well ensure that identified



                            suppliers have the needed capacity to deliver the


                            task in a timely manner.
