Fried Pickles





















































        Ingredients                                             Instructions




        Canola Oil (for frying)                                 Heat 1½ -2 inches oil in a heavy bottomed pot over medium-high
        ½ Cup - All-Purpose Flour                               heat to 375-degrees Fº.

                                                                seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add hot sauce and

        16 Oz. - Ambrosia® Dill Pickles, Sliced (drained and dried)  Remove pickles from oil and let drain on paper towels. Monitor
                                                                oil temperature as batches are frying to maintain a consistent
                                                                375-degrees Fº.
