Crab And Artichoke





                          Stuffed Mushrooms

















































        Ingredients                                             Instructions




        20 - Button Mushrooms, cleaned and stemmed              Preheat oven to 400°. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese,
        8 Oz. - Cream Cheese, softened                          Monterey Jack, Parmesan, artichoke hearts, garlic, crab, green
        1 Cup - Shredded Monterey Jack, divided                 onions and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper
                                                                and stir until fully combined.
        ½ Cup - Freshly Grated Parmesan
                                                                Stuff mushrooms with mixture and transfer to a small
        14 Oz. - Ambrosia® Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped  baking sheet.
        2 - Cloves Garlic, minced                               Bake until mushrooms are cooked and mixture is warmed through,
        12 Oz. - Lump Crab Meat                                 25 minutes. Broil if desired.
        2 - Green Onions, sliced                                Garnish with parsley and serve.
        2 Teaspoon - Ambrosia® Worcestershire sauce
        Ambrosia® Kosher Salt
        Freshly Ground Black Pepper
        Chopped Parsley, for garnish
