Sesame-Ginger

                                                                                                                                   ¼ cup Ambrosia  Sesame Oil                             1.  Combine all Marinade ingredients in a

                                                                                                                                                                                              1-gallon ziplock plastic freezer bag. Add
                                                                                                                                   ¼ cup Peanut Oil                                           all Vegetables. Gently massage bag until all
                                                                                                                                                                                              vegetables are coated in marinade. Seal bag,
                                                                                                                                   3 tbsp Ambrosia  Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar                squeezing out excess air. Lay bag flat on a
                                                                                                                                                     ®
                                                                                                                                                                                              small  rimmed  baking  sheet,  and  place  in
                                                                                                                                   2 tbsp Ambrosia  Soy Sauce                                 refrigerator. Chill 2 hours, turning bag once
                                                                                                                                                     ®
                                                                                                                                                                                              or twice.
                                                                                                                                   2 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
                                                                                                                                                                                          2.  Remove from refrigerator, and let stand 20
                                                                                                                                   2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Ginger                                minutes.
