Pumpkin Mascarpone




        Cheesecake







        Ingredients                                             Instructions



        26 oz. Cream Cheese                                     1.  Combine cream cheese and mascarpone,
                                                                    blend until smooth. Add sugar, salt, nutmeg
        2 ¼ cup Sugar                                               and cinnamon.
                                                                2.  Add egg to  cheese mixture and blend until
        ¼ tsp Ambrosia  Mediterranean Sea Salt, Fine                combined.  Finally,  add  pumpkin  and  blend
                         ®
                                                                    until smooth.
        ½ tsp Nutmeg
                                                                3.  Put mixture into greased pan, with or without
        1 tbsp Cinnamon                                             a crust. Bake at 300º for approximately
                                                                    2 hours. Remove from oven, let cool and
                                                                    enjoy!
