Manhattan Cocktail
Ice Cream
Ingredients Instructions
2 cups Cold Heavy Cream 1. Whisk together the cream, milk, and sugar
and stir to dissolve the sugar.
1 cup Cold Whole Milk
2. Add the whiskey, vermouth, bitters, and
cherry juice. At this point I like to chill
½ cup Sugar the mixture for an hour or two, but it’s not
absolutely necessary if you’re in a rush. As
4 tbsp Whiskey long as it’s cold, you’re good to go.
2 tbsp Sweet Vermouth 3. Pour the mixture into your ice cream
machine and churn according to your
machine’s directions. Note: alcohol spiked ice
4 dashes Bitters cream churns a little bit softer than regular
ice cream recipes.
2/3 cup Ambrosia Dark Reserve Cherries, sliced

4. When the ice cream is almost finished, add
2 tbsp Ambrosia Dark Reserve Cherry Juice in the cherries and allow them to get fully

incorporated.
5. Scoop the soft ice cream into a freezer safe
container and freeze for at least a few hours
until scoopable.

Thanks to the introduction of mechanical tree shakers, the laborious process of hand-picking
cherries now takes a mere seven seconds per tree.
