                                                                                                 The  project  is  slowly  being  turned  into
                                                                                           the  “IFSU  Mango  and  Pomelo  Eco-Model
                                                                                           Farms”  that  aims  to  showcase  alternative
                                                                                           farming  livelihoods  that  are  environment
                                                                                           friendly, low maintenance cost, less labor in-
                                                                                           tensive  and  climate  change  resilient.  The
                                                                                           package  of  technologies  being  developed,  to
                                                                                           be shared, on mango and pomelo rearing, pro-
                                                                                           duction and marketing is to be complemented
                                                                                           by charcoal making, seedling, sheep and fish
                                                                                           production,  all  complementing  the  mango
                                                                                           and pomelo production contributing addition-
                                                                                           al  income  for  any  farmer  adapter.  The  open
                                                                                           farm seminar on Mango and Pomelo produc-
                                                                                           tion participated in by potential farmer part-
                                                                                           ners/ technology adopters last September 30,
                                                                                           2020 proved to be successful.
