Based Bathsoap was adjudged as 3 Best Research Paper during the said
regional convention and was the Best Research Paper during the Universi-
ty’s In-House Review for Completed Researches. Also, the research of Dr.
Immangdul, Mr. Fernando and Ms. Fiesta garnered the Best Research
Poster during the said in-house review.
Dr. Serafin L. Ngohayon also presented his research titled, “Talent
Development in the Philippines and the Ifugao State University ” during the

4 INNOTAL Collaboration Workshop in the University of Hyderabad, In-
dia.
Aside from research presentations, research outputs were also dis-
similated to the target communities through trainings and publications. Dr.
Lorna Ildefonso and Ms. Olivia Monguiho were invited to several training
workshops where they shared the output of their researches on Herbal and
Tomato-based Soap Making.
Dr. Matronillo Martin also published three of his researches.
