Dr. Patricia A. Aliguyon also was able to patent her utility
model on the process of making cream cake icing enriched with
squash.
These attests to the university’s efforts in intensifying the
dissemination of RD outputs.
Also, faculty and students are becoming more aware of the
importance of research made evident by their actively participa-
tion during the University’s research in-house review and student
research congress. Thirty-three research proposal titles were pre-
sented by faculty members while nineteen titles were proposed
by students.
