This is in ^elation to Circular Letter No. 2018-8 prescribing the guidelines on Early
Procuremeit under FY 2019 Budget.

In order to comply with 4.3.3 of the above mentioned circular letter and all the other
reijuiremeni S stated thereafter, there is a need to schedule a Budget Planning Workshop
as soon as [ossiblc. Please proceed with the activity for August 13-14 in your Campusthen
ci imc to the Main Campus on August 13-17,2018..

Below is thi approved schedule:

August 13-14- Campus Level Budget Workshop
a.(Each campus will consult its people and stakeholders and fill up the budget
expenditure form and the PPMP form
b.Estimate your Collections for 2019 and the prepare the STF Budget.
August 15-17- Budget Workshop at the Main Campus (University Wide- All ADCO
members art enjoined to attend in the Main Campus at the Review Center
Augtist 15- Preparaliuii/h'iualization/Submission of 2018 PPMP ( Please take
with you yojir 2018 APP or revised APP).
Augjpst 16-17- Finalization of 2019 Budget Expenditure/PPMP
|- Finalization/Presentation of 2019 Projected Receipts and
IExpenditures under STF

August 23-24- Submission of printed Budget Expenditure and PPMP by all
Campus/Dtpartments/Colleges (to be done in their Departments/Campus/CoUege and
submit ther^after to Budget Office)

August 27-^9- Consolidation of the 2019 Indicative APP by BAC Secretariat based on
PPMP sub^itted

August 30-^l- Posting of APP in the 1PSU Website by BAC Secretariat

Budget Cei nig for each Campus/College/ Department shall be given as their budget
limits in prioritizing their activities for 2019.
