d. RBG Computers, Cellshop & Enterprises for the Procurement of Toner
(Canon LBP 2900 & Canon LBP 6000)-Memorandum of Agreement (All

Campuses) amounting to PhP452,820.00;

e. PCi Net Computer Trading & Services for the Procurement of High-end
Multi-Media Computer Laboratory for IFSU Potia Campus amounting to

PhP1,199,850.00;
f. PCi Net Computer Trading & Services for the Procurement of High-end

Multi-Media Capable Computer Laboratory 2 for IFSU Main Campus

amounting to PhP1,477,418.00;
g. I.P. Lacwasan Construction & Dev’t Corporation for the Construction of

Student Services Center/IFSU Aguinaldo Campus amounting to
PhP2,849,485.30;

h. Southland Construction & Supplies for the Enhancement of Open

Gymnasium/Tinoc Campus amounting to PhP1,899,440.00;
i. Summit Automall Inc. for the Procurement of Service Vehicle (Passenger

Van) for IFSU Main Campus amounting to PhP1,400,000.00;
j. Toyota Isabela, Inc. for the Procurement of Service Vehicle (Pick-up) for

IFSU Lagawe Campus amounting to PhP1,095,000.00; and
k. Royce Motors Center Inc. for the Procurement of Passenger Van for IFSU

Potia Campus amounting to PhP1,345,000.00.

RESOLVED TO CONFIRM the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) entered into by
the University with the following:

a. Social Security System (SSS), East Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City for the

registration of Contract of Service (COS)/Job Order (JO) personnel of IFSU

under the Expanded SSS Self-employed Program; and

b. Philippine Normal University – North Luzon (PNU-NL), Alicia, Isabela for the
conduct of collaborative researches, establish consortium, faculty exchange,

and establish networks for the indigenous peoples/communities.
Approving the criteria, process, and timetable for the search for the Ifugao State

University (IFSU) Presidency.
